My Programmes

All of my programmes start with a longer first session, where we take a good look at your current diet, lifestyle and health history. Over the course of the programme we will take a holistic view of all areas of your life; including health, energy and fitness but also looking at work, family, sleep, stress and 'me time'. We will look at what is working in your life and what isn't and I will help you to create a clear vision for your future health and wellness. From the very first session I will help you to set new goals for your health and lifestyle and you will leave each session with achievable, exciting but also sustainable changes to make that will improve your health and wellbeing. As your coach I will be there to support you as you make changes and to offer you the accountability you need to succeed. My aim is to help you to find out what you need to do to be able to live your life to the full. I want to empower you to take back control of your health and live the life you dream of.

4 sessions

This programme is designed to kickstart your energy and get you back on the road to great health. In our 4 weekly sessions we will cover the key principles for creating better health, increasing your energy and reducing stress. Each week you will leave with a clear plan of action and steps to take to get you nearer to your health goals. If you are confident in managing your health and super motivated then this short programme will give you the basics you need to get things back on track.

Revitalise

6 sessions

This programme is longer, giving you six sessions over a 12 week period. As well as covering the key principles for better health, we will look in more detail at your sleep and stress management. I will help you to set realistic, achievable and exciting goals and provide support and accountability to ensure you achieve them. As this programme is longer, you will have the opportunity to really embed your new habits and work through any obstacles that come up along the way, leading to long term, sustainable changes.

Live life to the full

10 sessions

This programme is the full package! You will have 10 sessions over a 12 week period, which means that we are able to take a deeper dive into your health, lifestyle, habits, values, beliefs and challenges. If you are ready to invest time every week then this programme will allow you to immerse yourself in all things health and wellness. With my support and accountability you will regain your energy and get back in control of your health and lifestyle so that you can start to live the life you really want.
