When my eldest was five, I reached a turning point. I was irritable, drained and no longer the mum (or woman) I wanted to be. I realised I couldn’t accept how I felt as normal.

So I began making changes. Not extreme ones. Not all at once. Just small, steady shifts in how I ate, rested and managed stress. I learned what truly supports energy, mood and hormonal balance, especially in midlife.

Slowly, everything changed.

My sleep improved.
My patience returned.
My energy stabilised.
I felt calmer, steadier and more in control.

That journey led me to retrain as a Health Coach so I could combine my lived experience with evidence-based training and support other women like me.

Today, I work with busy women who:
-
Feel tired most of the time
-
Struggle with stress, sleep or hormonal changes
-
Feel less patient than they’d like
-
Put themselves last - again and again
-
Quietly wonder if this is just how life is now

I help you understand what’s really going on and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

No rigid plans.
No unrealistic routines.
Just simple, practical changes that fit into your real life and help you feel more like yourself again.

Because when you feel well, everything shifts.
-
You have more patience.
-
More clarity.
-
More energy for fun and connection.
-
More space for yourself.

Outside of work, I prioritise the same foundations I teach. I love cooking for my family, practising yoga, walking in nature, meeting friends and going for a run. Not because life is perfectly balanced, but because I know how important those habits are for staying well.

I protect that time because I remember what it felt like to lose myself. And I don’t believe you have to accept that as your normal.

My mission is to help you feel on top of your health and your life again - with the energy, clarity and calm to handle whatever life throws at you - so you can enjoy your life, not just get through it.

If you’re ready to stop just coping and start feeling like yourself again, I’d love to support you.

“Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.”
B.K.S. Iyengar
