About Me


Hello, I’m Catherine and as a busy mum I understand how it feels to be totally overwhelmed by life, to be stressed and tired and feel like there is no time or energy to do the things you want to do. I understand because that used to be me! I spent much of my 20s feeling unwell, suffering from insomnia, allergies, low mood, anxiety, stress and overwhelm, as well as having post viral fatigue syndrome for a year. I recovered from PVFS by doing lots of research and making changes to my diet and lifestyle. However, once I felt well again, I went back to ‘normal’, self-medicating my overwhelm with caffeine, sugar and alcohol. I had my children in my 30s and by the time my eldest (of three) was 5, I had reached breaking point. I no longer recognised myself and I didn't like the irritable, stressed and shouty mum I had become. I knew something had to change, and quickly! This kick started my quest to improve my health and energy and bring some calm and fun back into my life. I slowly transformed my health over 10 years, spending much of my time reading books, listening to podcasts and researching all things health and wellbeing. Having made numerous diet and lifestyle changes, I now feel healthier and fitter than ever before and overwhelm is a thing of the past.

During this time, I became passionate about health and wellbeing and I retrained as a Health Coach so that I could share everything I had learned. I now love helping my clients to regain both their energy and their calm and feel in control of their lives. I believe that we all have innate health and wellbeing. When we find the right balance of nutrition and lifestyle habits that work for us, we can live healthy, purposeful lives, filled with vitality, happiness and joy. I spend my free time cooking for myself and my family, doing lots of yoga, reading, walking in nature, meeting friends, and more recently, going running twice a week. I have found what works for me and my wellbeing, but I never assume I know what will work for you. I want to help you find the perfect recipe for your unique health and wellbeing, whether it includes salsa dancing and walks with friends, hosting dinner parties and playing tennis, or whatever brings you joy! My mission is to help you to maximise your health and wellbeing so you can live your life to the full.
