Service Description

This programme is longer, giving you six sessions over a 12 week period. As well as covering the foundations of health we will look in more detail at your sleep and stress management. I will help you to set goals and provide support and accountability to ensure you achieve them. As this programme is longer, you will have more time to embed your new habits and work through any obstacles that come up along the way, leading to long term, sustainable changes.
